What You’ll Explore
Yin Yoga Foundations

Special focus will be given to skeletal variation, supporting you to see and honour each body’s uniqueness with sensitivity and respect.Hands-On Assists & Yoga Bodywork
Develop a confident, intuitive touch rooted in anatomical knowledge and deep listening. Learn to offer hands-on assists that are responsive, respectful, and aligned with the energetic intention of each pose.Anatomy, Physiology & Fascia
Deepen your understanding of the body’s structure and systems with a focus on fascia—its role in Yin, its connection to emotional release, and how it supports or restricts movement. We’ll explore how Yin Yoga supports fascial hydration and unwinding, and how to work with, not against, the body's natural architecture.Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
Study meridians, organ theory, and the five elements. Learn how to integrate this knowledge into Yin poses and hands-on work to support the body’s energetic balance and emotional harmony.Zenthai Shiatsu & Traditional Thai Massage Principles & Practice
Discover the foundations of Zenthai Shiatsu—an integrative modality that weaves together Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Yoga Massage, and osteopathic principles, as well as Traditional Thai Massage. Learn practical techniques to support the body’s natural movement toward balance, with safe and skilful touch.Creating Sacred Space
Learn the subtle energetics of holding space—from trauma-informed presence to the invisible art of care and containment. Explore how intention, attention, and clarity create the conditions for true healing.

It doesn’t matter what brought you here. This is a one way journey that will transform you in many different ways, if you allow it. I’m still amazed on the amount of knowledge we received during the training, and even more on the time management to make it work perfectly while making sure the level of attention to detail and love behind every single activity was in the highest point possible. HUM is a safe space, where you can come with all you are and embrace your own process while being held by a beautiful and supportive group of people and excellent professionals. If you landed here, trust your soul’s call and get ready to dive in!

Lyssa puts a lot of thought and thoroughness into her yoga teacher training. She enables you to be fully immersed and fully supported while encouraging you to discover about yourself and yoga. I felt that the teacher training really prepared me to teach yoga and incorporate yoga into life. Lyssa has such vast knowledge and experience that she shares willingly whilst also being modest and open to learning herself. I cannot recommend Lyssa enough. The way she approaches teaching with passion and honesty is inspiring.
