  • Andrea Hamblin

    Andrea was drawn to Yoga more than 25 years ago. Her Yoga Therapist taught her that this practice was so much more than body movement. She incorporated breathwork, meditation, energetics and philosophy into her classes amongst other things like the 5 elements theory, astrology, kinesiology, and so much more. After moving to Sydney, Andrea sold her business and undertook her original 500hr training with The Yoga Institute. Andrea has since done her training in other styles of Yoga and healing.

  • Olivia Kirk

    Olivia is a lover of the movement arts. She is a co-founder of HUM, and has a focus on facilitating feminine embodiment movement. Having been introduced to her first Yoga class as a child, she has continued to use dance and flow as a form of self expression throughout her life.

    Liv teaches Vinyasa, Yin and Zenthai Flow, as well as Salsa and Bachata. She also offers Zenthai Shiatsu massage, movement retreats and workshops. A lifelong student, Olivia continues to explore different modalities to bring into her teaching.

  • Celia Crellin

    Yoga has sat alongside Celia all her life. As her mother started doing yoga in 1970’s, Celia and her siblings went along as well. Fast forward to her uni days when she began weekly Yoga in the city with Swami Sarasvati. Then in her 30s with 3 kids on her own and shattered, Celia returned to regular yoga classes at Dee Why Yoga as a student for 8 years. Celia had the privilege of studying with Swami Maheshwarananda in 2000 which brought profound healing. She now shares her wisdom and experience through her teachings at HUM.

  • Becc Gray

    After training in Ayurveda, Meditation, Reiki, Crystal Sound Healing and Nepalese Sound Healing in Northern Thailand, Becc was inspired to connect all of these modalities in a way that could transform people’s lives. It was Yoga that ultimately connected all the dots. Becc’s classes work off the Yogic philosophy of Sthira and Sukha: Steadiness and Ease. Building strength in the body and the mind by challenging our perception of what our physical form “should” do and exploring the infinite possibilities for personal growth.

  • Francisca Guajardo

    Fran’s Yoga journey started in 2011 when she was facing different personal challenges in her life and dealing with a lot of stress. At the beginning, Fran was attracted to the physical aspect of Yoga, but after a few months practicing she noticed the tremendous positive effects within the level of her mind, body and soul. Yoga for Fran was life changing. She holds training in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and a Jivamukti Yoga Mentoring. Fran is also an Andean Energy Medicine Practitioner from the Inca Lineage. Her classes are focussed in a structured asana sequence, breathing and mediation where students can find a safe space to connect with themselves through Yoga.

  • Skye Cornwell

    Studying the art of classical ballet since age 3, Skye enjoys a life as teacher and performer as well as nurturing and guiding people young and young at heart in all parts of their physical movement and spiritual lives. Studying the method of Pilates since age 10, Skye realised very early the benefits of this rehabilitative form of movement so becoming qualified as a teacher was only a natural progression. Skye loves educating people of all ages how to stay healthy and continue moving their bodies throughout their lives, which is a huge benefit of the Pilates method. Skye mixes her knowledge of the body and mind in all forms of her teaching and hopes she can impart some of this love to you.

  • Talara Calavassy

    Truly believing Yoga is a way of living and being, Talara has witnessed the huge transformations and growths that come with this. She believes combining pranayama, asana and meditation is the key recipe to harmonise the mind, body and spirit. Her goal as a teacher is to show up authentically, hold space and create a safe container for people to move freely. To honour the philosophy and wisdom behind yoga and ensure it is accessible and inclusive for everyone, and guide her students through a nourishing movement practice that helps all people come back to themselves in this busy, modern world. 

  • Dani Gardiner

    Yoga has become a way of living for Dani. Initially brought to the practice for the physical benefits, it became so much more. Dani’s classes take you on a journey through the body and breath to reach the mind and beyond. Her journey has included a lot of study; in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yoga Therapy. Dani is passionate about health, having been a nurse for over a decade. She feels the importance of finding stillness and joy from within, taking the time to reconnect with self and move the body intuitively. As Dani’s practice evolves, so with it her teachings. Dani aims to make Yoga accessible to all, teaching a variety of styles to meet you where you are at today.

  • Vanessa Garbellini

    Vanessa has been drawn to ancient traditions since a young age. She experienced her first Yoga class 16 years ago and deeply connected to it. Since then, Vanessa lives the yoga philosophy daily. She believes that it is necessary to embody the teachings in order to offer it to other human beings. Vanessa also serves as a holistic therapist, where, she undertook studies in many modalities of energy healing, human development, counselling and meditation.

  • Lisa Morgan

    In 2003, Lisa travelled through India looking for a yoga teacher and found one when she returned to the Northern Beaches! She fell in love with meridian based modalities and trained in Zen Shiatsu, Acupuncture, Ryoho Yoga Therapy, EFT/ Tapping and Eden Energy Medicine. When diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis during her yoga training, Lisa developed a special interest in calming and soothing the nervous system to help with flare-ups. She is very passionate about sharing quick and easy meridian based techniques to self-soothe and complete the daily stress cycles, which don't require a yoga mat.

  • Corona Brady

    Corona is a passionate Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Women’s Empowerment Coach and a Psychotherapist in training. Corona’s yoga journey began in her early 20’s, she instantly fell in love with how the practice of yoga allowed her to find peace and harmony in her life and found regular practice the perfect counterbalance for the stresses of modern life. Originally from Ireland, Corona now calls Sydney home. Discovering Kundalini Yoga has been the most profound experience of her life, from the very first class she knew she would go on to teach it.

  • Cristina Berrios

    Cristina offers a centered and compassionate teaching style that includes all students. With 16 years of practice and dedication to yogic studies, including over 500h training in classic hatha yoga, 100h in yin yoga and 200h studies in meditation, her teachings are deep and inspiring. Noticing how yoga has offered emotional balance, physical freedom, and a deeper sense of peace in her own life, she feels passionate about spreading the benefits of the practice. In class, she invites students into a journey of self-discovery, working with seasonal elements and the subtle energies to access deeper levels of freedom in the physical and emotional bodies. Cristina’s passion and dedication to the practices, solid background of study and naturally warm and uplifting presence are the strengths she offers her students in an accessible teaching style.
