Lyssa puts a lot of thought and thoroughness into her yoga teacher training. She enables you to be fully immersed and fully supported while encouraging you to discover about yourself and yoga. I felt that the teacher training really prepared me to teach yoga and incorporate yoga into life. Lyssa has such vast knowledge and experience that she shares willingly whilst also being modest and open to learning herself. I cannot recommend Lyssa enough. The way she approaches teaching with passion and honesty is inspiring.

Lyssa is a very experienced practitioner and teacher. I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years and Lyssa is an absolute standout as a teacher and person. Lyssa has taught me the most I have learned and experienced in my yoga life. Her teaching contains so much wisdom in the cueing and intention that doing one of her classes again months later brings new depths of experience each time. Her classes take me right into my body in ways that I have not had with other teachers. Lyssa has a true gift for teaching and I feel so grateful for all she shares as a teacher and person. To me Lyssa embodies yoga and so does her teaching. She points the way to the union between individual and greater consciousness and harmony between body, mind and spirit. Thank you Lyssa!
