This 40-day Moon Sadhana is an invitation to slow, soften and stabilise through the nourishing currents of lunar practice, as held within the Tantric Hatha tradition.
A sadhana is a committed daily practice undertaken over a defined period of time. It is not about perfection or intensity, but about showing up with consistency, sincerity and care, allowing transformation to unfold gradually through repetition.
In Tantric Hatha the Moon represents the mind. Through this 40-day practice we are clearing the lower chakras of old beliefs, stories and attitudes so we can grow beyond our current limitations.
Over forty days, you will commit to a daily practice that is designed to be sustainable, rhythmic and quietly transformative. Through repetition and devotion, the practice gradually refines the breath, settles the mind and cultivates spaciousness within the subtle body.
The Structure
Your sadhana is a daily practice that unfolds across four progressive stages.
Every 10 days, a new practice video is released, carefully building upon the previous sequence. Postures, breathwork and subtle energetic techniques are layered in a methodical and accessible way, allowing the body and nervous system to adapt with ease.
Rather than seeking intensity or peak experiences, this sadhana prioritises consistency, sensitivity and depth. Each phase supports your capacity to remain present with lunar qualities such as softness, steadiness and quiet clarity, both on and off the mat.
Traditionally the same practice is done each day, to cultivate the stillness needed to go deeper.
In this Sadhana, the choice is yours. You have your core practice online, and you may also choose to join a Hatha class in person or live online during your 40 days. These can be counted as your daily practice, as the main focus is commitment to yourself and your practice.

Who This Is For
This sadhana is open to all practitioners. You do not need to be a HUM student to participate.
HUM members may wish to attend in-studio classes on days when it feels supportive, using the recorded practices as a steady anchor for the full 40-day cycle.
