Membership Agreement

Thank you for joining the HUM Studio community! We love having you

This membership agreement outlines important information about becoming a member of HUM Studio, so please ensure you read this document carefully and ask us any questions before making a decision.

CLASS BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

- To reserve a space in class we recommend booking ahead of time. There is a maximum capacity for Studio classes to allow each student attention from our teachers. If you do not book ahead we cannot ensure you a space in the class.

- Cancellations can be made up to 1 hour prior to the start of your class to avoid a late cancel/absent fee. If you fail to attend or cancel within 1hr of the class you booked in Studio, you may be debited a $5 late cancel/absent fee if you are on an unlimited membership. If you booked it from a class package you will forfeit the class credit.

- It is not a problem if you are not present for a livestream class, you will be sent the recording to view for up to 3 days past the class. This will count as a use of your credit and you will not be debited a late fee.

- Please arrive at the studio/online at least 5 minutes before the class starts to ensure you have enough time to settle, and if it’s your first time at the studio then allow extra time to check in with the teacher and let them know of any injuries, etc. The studio door will be closed once the class starts to minimise disturbance to the other students, so please arrive on time to avoid missing your class.

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS
- When you enter into a direct debit agreement with us your recurring payments will be secured at the said rate for the length of your membership. Your account will be debited fortnightly. Unlimited memberships activate from the date of purchase.

- You may suspend your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 2 months for unlimited monthly memberships. A minimum of one weeks written notice must be given via email. There is no fee for suspensions.

- A minimum of one weeks written notice must be given via email to HUM Studio if you wish to cancel your membership. If you wish to cancel your membership within the initial 3 month period you must pay the remaining balance for the remaining of the 3 month period.
